Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Bharat Billing System software (the "Service") operated by Bharat Software Solutions Pvt Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").

1. License Grant

Upon payment of the one-time perpetual license fee (₹7,999), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Bharat Billing System software on a single computer system. The license is valid for the lifetime of the major version purchased.

2. Support and Updates

Your license includes exactly one (1) year of free technical remote support and software updates starting from the date of purchase.

After the first year, the software will continue to function indefinitely. However, access to new software updates or direct technical support from our team will require the purchase of a separate support ticket or update package.

3. Data Responsibility

Bharat Billing System is an offline software. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from hardware failure, malware, theft, or any other event. We strongly recommend using the built-in backup tools to regularly save your data to an external drive.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Bharat Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
